David: this is the FERC preemption order re:LNG we discussed yesterday. They've also asserted jurisdiction over environmental siting. I would think that the case is even stronger in ME b/c the gas is going to be injected into interstate commerce; in CA it was purely intrastate.

Kurt, let me know what your thoughts are. Tom W had some yesterday I can share with you.
