Galen,

I've been looking into the Sears Island issue for the Governor and would like to get a copy of the analysis you did regarding the proposed LNG facility in Harpswell (electronically, if possible). Also, can you advise how applicable this report would be to the Sears Island situation and also, what would it take to draft up a report in regards to an LNG facility at that location?

Thanks,

B.

Becky - let's talk. I'm not sure this is the best approach.

I've asked Galen to let us know what he would need and how long it would take to do a similar analysis for Sears Island.

Rebecca,

We really didn't do an "analysis" or "study," as such. We were only asked (by Maine & Co.) if we could measure the secondary economic impacts of the proposed facility. We can do this with any of several models we have. Maine & Co. provided the baseline estimates shown at the top of the attached files & we merely ran them though one of our models to produce the attached files.
