Subject: Friends of Sears Island FOAA
On February 4, 2004 the Office of the Governor received a Freedom of Access request from Ron Huber on
behalf of Friends of Sears Island, pertaining to the LNG proposal.
Pursuant to Maine's Freedom of Access law, Mr. Huber has requested that we make available "all email,
memos, meeting minutes, correspondence, reports and other public records in your custody or the custody of the
office of the Governor that pertain to any proposal for a liquefied natural gas terminal or other development on
Sears Island in Searsport, Maine"
Please review the public records in your custody for any meeting this request, and let me know by 5 pm on
Friday, February 6 whether you have any documents to produce.
