The Office of the Governor has received your letter of September 29, 2004 in which you renew your request under Maine's Freedom of Access Law for public records in the possession of the Office of the Governor pertaining to all emails, memos, meeting minutes, reports, phone logs and other public records in the custody of the Office of the Governor, including staff, that pertain to plans and proposals for Liquified natural Gas terminals and pipelines in Maine, including, but not limited to Passamaquoddy territory that were sent or received between June 25, 2004 and September 29, 2004. The Governor's Office does possess public documents meeting the specifications stipulated in your letter and will, pursuant to the Freedom of Access Law, make these available for your inspection.

We need to arrange a time, during regular business hours, during which you may inspect and, if necessary, copy these records. Please contact Jamie Waterbury at 2873531 to make these arrangements.
