On September 30, 2004 the Office of the Governor received a Freedom of Access request from Ron Huber on behalf of Penobscot Bay Watch, Inc., pertaining to "plans and proposals for LNG terminals and pipelines in Maine."

Specifically, pursuant to Maine's Freedom of Access law, Mr. Huber has requested that we make available "all emails, memos, meeting minutes, reports, phone logs and other public records in the custody of the Office of the Governor, including staff, that pertain to plans and proposals for Liquified natural Gas terminals and pipelines in Maine, including, but not limited to Passamaquoddy territory" that were sent or received between June 25, 2004 and September 29, 2004.

Please review the public records in your custody for any meeting this request, and let me know by 5 pm on Monday, October 4 whether you have any documents to produce.
